La duena de la Galeria se comunico con artistas de Miami para hacer sus averiguaciones del caso,los cuales le recomendaron que visitara este blog, y asi lo hizo,una de las cosas que la hizo dudar de la inocencia de Bejarano fue el lenguaje de los defensores,culpando al sistema de justicia americano, poninedo a Bejarano como si fuera Mandela y el ataque de los mismos a la familia del menor abusado.

Desde que comenzo este incidente la defensa de los Bejarano fue que los padres del nino eran unos criminales en Cuba,probamos aca que tambien eso era incierto,segun los documentos oficiales que emite la Republica de Cuba.

NO PODRAN SEGUIR DICIENDO AHORA QUE LOS PADRES DEL NINO ERAN UNOS CRIMINALES EN CUBA.

NOTICIA DE ULTIMO MOMENTO.BEJARANO EN LA ENFERMERIA DE LA CARCEL POR ESTAR DESDE HACE DOS DIAS VOMITANDO SANGRE.

El senor Agustin Bejarano se fue llevado hoy en la manana de urgencias a la enfermeria de la institucion donde se encuentra recluido por estar vomitando sangre desde ayer,segun nuestras fuentes puede tratarse de una posible ulsera o algo mas grave.

Bejarano en su ultima presentacion en corte lucia muy delgado ,demacrado y nervioso.

Seguiremos esta noticia de cerca y esperamos el recluso se recupere pronto de su dolencia.

Se volvio a presentar en corte hoy el acusado ,los abogados no han podido conseguir una fianza,la proxima vista sera noviembre 14 para ver si estan listo , y esto es lo mas importante

LOS ABOGADOS YA ESTAN HABLANDO DE HACER UN ARREGLO CON LA FISCALIA

Esto lo advertimos nosotros,no hay otra salida para Bejarano que no sea hacerse culpable y pagar una condena,lo cual lo convertira para siempre en un PEDOFILO CONVICTO,pero como tambien hemos venido diciendo desde el comienzo esa sera su unica opcion para una segunda oportunidad de poder volver a estar de nuevo con su familia y amigotes corruptos y perversos como el.

I just talked to Aziyadée, Bejarano's wife. She is in one piece. Bejarano and her had come to Miami to spend a month while he was also showing his work at Arte Americas with Panamerican Gallery. More than one week ago she and Bejarano went to a party at the sister of Aziyadées grandmother; they were playing domino, watching tv, drawing caricatures. Neither was drunk. They have pictures of the party. Two days ago Agustín Bejarano was picked up by police in the Brickell apartment where they were staying with a nephew of the artist.

That night Agustin called Aziyadée to tell her the boy had entered the bathroom while he was urinating, he wanted to touch his genitals, Agustín got him out of the bathroom with a slap. It was a cuestion of seconds. Bejarano has been incommunicated since then, so this is all Aziyadée knows. She will see the very good lawyers today. She doesn't know what happened while she looking for a lawyer and Bejarano was being interrogated by police. It was all very fast and the press treated it very fast, without talking to his lawyers which as yet do not exist. What happened in the interrogatory?

Aziyadée has been to see the father of the boy, a person who left Cuba where his own father is in jail for having murdereda person. He was very shy with her; the boy was restless and troublesome as also on the day of the party; of course, he is only a 5 year old... We believe money is what these people want.

All I can say is that I know Agustín Bejarano for 20 years, he is an excellent person, better than most people that I have ever known, an excellent and dedicated artist, always working, a man of will power, self made. He has a family that he takes care of with much care: his wife and two wonderful boys, an older mother and his in-laws. He is responsible for all in a very loving way.
